Quality Management The quality of a company and its products can not be measured on an absolute scale of values, but it is defined by the customer according to his expectations. We want to offer customers the best quality to meet their expectations perfectly. For us, this always includes verifying products, processes and activities, calling them into question and improving them regularly. This rule applies: Quality does not happen, but it is the result of a planned, systematic approach! Our custo- mers benefit directly from these quality improvements: since 01.01.2010 we offer a 5 year warranty on all electronic control products of the DRT GmbH! Qualitymanagement-System (QM-System) With the introduction of our quality system we have created a toolkit, that enables the entire organization to ensure and develop the quality of our products and services. By optimal external conditions, such as functio- nal design of jobs, use of high-quality components, tools and test equipment as well as systematic training and education of our staff, we have met all requirements to achieve the best working results. The world-wide valid standard DIN EN ISO 9000, a recognized standard for establishing and maintaining a quality management system, offers a tool to creat and promote a customer-oriented corporate culture. It also provides a valuable starting point to optimize the operational processes, particularly in the alignment of the business processes according to ISO 9000:2000. Quality Control After completion, all products pass a multi-level functional- and quality-testing including a detailed safety check (SI check). When all tests are passed without any complaints, we offer a 5 year full warranty. The high product quality is paying off for our customers: Only after many years or several decades, we see some of our devices again, to provide maintenance for the first time or in exchange for more modern replacements with additional energy savings options. Environmental protection Already in the design of new products, we consider all aspects of environmentally friendly production and label all components for environmentally friendly disposal some decades later.
