Production Production site At the DRT GmbH, the production of electronics and system components takes place in Germany - we are proud of "made in Germany". We monitor our high quality standards at every stage of production. High-quality components and professional manufacturing procedures ensuring the long-term, error-free functioning of our products. Prozess standards Our service providers and suppliers must ensure their compliance with our high standards and demonstrate the process accordingly. Critical functional components, e.g. electrical switch contacts, are produced consistently in gold plated version. Electronic components are always selected multiple security levels above their actual specification and are designed for durability to ensure the long- standing feature of the entire system. Manufacturing quality We have decades of manufacturing experience at the highest level of quality. The durability of our products is well known. This know-how puts us in a position to optimize this quality standard in the future. For this we are constantly reviewing all production steps and demonstrate the achievement of quality goals through regular reviews. All our equipment comply also with the technical requirements of the German VDE. The CE mark shows, that our products meet the EU directive on electromagnetic compatibility (2004/108/EC) and Low Voltage (2006/95/EC). Environmental consciousness All components and production stages of our products comply with the current RoHS requirements (Pb-free) or even exceed them. In particular, we only use electronic components, that conform to the ROHS standard, and perform all soldering with lead-free solder. Our suppliers regularly demonstrate the environmentally friendly production of their products. So we guarantee, that the highest DRT-quality and environmentally conscious production complement one another.
